Dear Sir,
Goof day , I Have A TV Samsung (LED) Mode No UA32EH60 the USB got broken 06/11/2014, i contacted the call center on my area Egypt on 16580 they answered me that within 48 hrs some one will visit me and fix it , after 3 days i received a phone call asking me what is wrong with the TV ! he told me that he will pass by to take the TV and get it fixed in the company , i refused and asked to get it fixed in my house as its only the USB, He confirmed that it is possible but i have to call the call center and make a new request ! which i did on 10/11/2014 and that was very unprofessional but any way i made the new request , they asked me to wait 48 hrs before sending some one to Fix My TV USB , no one came or even called,, i called the call center again 15/11/2014 with the same answer (will be fixed within 48 hrs ) then some one called me to ask about the TV model and the serial number to get me the new USB Device and he ended the call with the same answer ( 48hrs and will be fixed ) then nothing i keep calling every day and made lots of complains and no one came to fix my TV , I'm very frustrated and i start to regret buying a Samsung TV which supposed to be a big trusted company that cares for the customer , please Help your Samsung team in Egypt is very unprofessional,
