junk samsung stove, junk sumsung services


I buy samsung new stove only 1 year, it was repaired 4 times, every time took me 3 weeks to get job done, Last time, the cable line is melting, it is very dangerous, i am scared and don't want use it anymore, i call the customer services, i want my money back, i want get rid of the junk. but the never answer me , what they do is processing my request and ask me to waiting and said they will contact me withing 24 to 48 hours. after couples of 24 to 48 hours gone. i never get any call from them, every time i call them, they tell me the story and ask me to waiting. 18 days gone and i still need to waiting. i am hungry , i need a stove to cook my food, i can afford to get food from restaurant.
