Problem face me at SAMSUNG maintenance center at Alexandria Egypt
Dear SAMSUNG ;
I writing this complaint regarding the miserable service I have received from SAMSUNG agent in EGYPT.
On 5th Feb. 2017. I called the Agent UNION Alex. inquired my Mobile phone SAMSUNG (Model name:SM-A710FEDFKSA) for repair it%u2019s broken screen.
I went to the maintenance center (alex assafra) as per call center advise. Delivered the mobile phone as per SERVICE ORDER SHEET attached. (Service order no:4192236513)
And the maintenances enter advised me to follow this service order after 5 days.
I called this center again following the service order as following :-
8th February 2017
11th February 2017
12th February 2017
13th February 2017
On 14th February 2017 time: 11.57Am, I submitted a complaint by phone to SUMSUNG contact center regarding is issue , they stated that the spare part was arrived from SUNSUNG KOREA. And the mobile phone will be fixed on 19th February.
On this date 19th Feb. I went to this center to receive my mobile phone . the customer service rep informed me that my mobile was fixed but the computerized system was out of service So they couldn%u2019t give me my mobile . and advise again to follow them after 3 days.
I called SAMSUNG call center on (19th February time:5:41Pm) again to register my complain they hanged the call and nobody answered me I closed the call and redial the number at 5:45Pm) the customer services answered me , and apologized saying sorry for this mistake and she would make another complain to you at the system.
At the moment I have not received my mobile phone ( 15 days with clarification
( I wonder how such this things happened in good reputed company such SAMSUN).
Ref. to all above , I submit this complain to you for helping me to return my mobile back.

In addition I%u2019d like to inform you that your agent in Egypt %u201CUNION%u201D reflect bad reputation for SUNSUNG.
