Pathetic Customer Service - galaxy s7 edge


I purchases S7 Edge and ran into an issue after 3-4 months, I asked them to get it fixed and at 1st time they failed due to some reason and 2nd time as well, now when I want to replace or refund the same they want to go for 3rd fix.
What a same, I paid for a new unlock phone and was forced to get it repaired like a refub phone.

Even one of the customer executive said before 2nd repair that if that doesn't get fix we will process for refund or replacement,
