Hi,

I am trying to get my phone fixed for 7 months now.

Every time i call to support center in Scotland someone tells me that in 2 days someone will pick the phone.

I called already 8 times and no one solved the problem.

I paid for a brand new phone that does´t work at all.

If we try to escalate the issue no one will ear you.

This is the worst service ever.
