samsung consumer - Samsung Galaxy Tab 3

Excuse me but I purchased a samsung tab 3 10.1, now this tablet was very reliable and I really loved this device but suddenly begin turning off randomly. I talked to others who had the same device and it turns out its all samsung galaxy tab 3's not just mine. Many were sent in to get repaired and the tablets still continued with the problem, I now really can't trust samsung anymore after this tablet, now I ammjust hoping that they will update the os and fix the problem until than I am never buying a samsung related product again. Everyone who bought a samsung tab 3 is saying the exact same thing and why aren't you guys resolving it, I really like samsung but me almost all your other consumers need to see how you will issues this problem.
