keyboard replace - Samsung Ativ Book 8 (8870)


Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased a Samsung Ativ book 8 around 9 months ago now, and spilt some water on it such that the keyboard needed replacing. Having phone around i found out that i can send it to your repair agent: s3 Interactive in Glasgow.

I am writing to inform you that S3 interactive are a poor choice of repair agent, as they are unprofessional (always confusing me with other customers), untimely (giving me overly optimistic time estimates and not keeping them) and somewhat incompetent (depending on who i spoke to the keyboard was unavailable or available).

I would urge you to conduct a review of this repair agent, or at least get feedback from more of your customers regarding their experience with this repair agent.
