Samsung S7 Edge screen - samsung galaxy s7 edge
Hi, this is Suleyman. I would like to complain about a problem which is about my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge. I have been using that phone for a year. However, I had been using until the screen gets flashing unmeaningfully. So, I brought it to the samsung qualified technical service. After the technical investigation, They called me to pay almost 325£ for repair even though it is under warranty for 2 years according to the Turkey%u2019s laws. They responsed that I need to pay this money because of just tinny little crack on the corner. They assumed that the malfunction were most probably caused because that crack which I am attaching the videos. I am really don%u2019t think so that the problem caused because the crack. I am sure that you will accept that idea of me. I have already paid almost 740£ for. Why I need to pay further? Technical service should be responsible for repairing it. But they directly thrown the responsibility on me. As you know that money doesn't grow on the tree. And, I really work hard to save money. I'm not enough rich to spend my money for cheap devices. this is because, I prefered to buy Samsung mobile phone instead of Apple. Because, my last phone brand is samsung (galaxy S3) too. Actually, I forced my all family and firends to buy samsung electronics. All I want you to do is just to change my phone with operable one. I am looking forward your responses. Because, samsung Turkey customer services are really bad. They really do not care about customer problems. I am attaching the videos that I am talking about both problem and crack and condition of the phone. I f the samsung%u2019s technical services on the Turkey do not solve problems caused possibly by manufacturing, the Samsung will probably lose a lot of customer. Even though the Apple%u2019s phones are more expensive than the Samsung%u2019s, people in the Turkey prefer to buy apple just because the Apple%u2019s technical and customer services.
If this problem isn%u2019t solve by the technical service, I will sue the Samsung Turkey to National Consumer Court. Thank you in advance. I will look forward for your response.
And secondly, I will make a campaign for this Samsung fault on Twitter.
Thirdly, If My struggle fail I will broke S7 Edge cell phone with a press conference in front of the Ankara Samsung Seller
