My Complaint

I would like to convey to you a complaint against one of your agents in Egypt, which is due to ill-treatment and failure to provide any solutions to me as your customer.

In short, the problem is as follows:
On the 8th of June 2014 my mobile device Samsung Galaxy (Note 2) model (GT-N7100) shut down abruptly.
I tried to turn it on again but it stands at the word Model word and does not move to the following screen (Samsung Logo). I also removed the charged battery and put it back again but the same thing Occurred and the worst was that the device is no longer lights up even from the beginning.
I went to one of the maintenance centers nearby, but he refused to deal with it and said it was suffering from a problem called "sudden death" and it is something that is common in this device (Note 2) and advised me to go to the agent "may be they can fix it". On the 9th of June 2014 I went there (address below) and met one of your Employees and after checking it (device) I asked him "Is there really something called sudden death?"
He told me "it's actually a common problem and often you will be forced to change Device Board which cost 2,200 EGP" and then I asked him "If this defect was caused because of any interference from me". He told me "No, but it is common and we know it, but we will not Pay the costs of repair or change because of the end of the warranty period."
I asked him "if is there a way for me to retrieve my personal data".
He answered "no way".

I told him "I know the warranty conditions well, but you did not tell me from the beginning that this device May be infected with sudden death, otherwise I wouldn%u2019t have bought it in the first place and use it for a period of 19 months only. He told me" I don`t care of all what you are saying. Now I need to take your device for the next 72hours to confirm the Defect, but it is often sudden death usually".

What I would like to tell you is that, I will Pay the maintenance cost whatever it is sudden death or not, but I have also taken a decision not to buy any of your devices produced by Samsung again.
Although I have 5 Samsung mobiles in my home with me and my family, and a TV and even my Printer, I will never ever buy anything with Samsung's logo on it again, firstly because of poor customer service and secondly for low quality devices.
Sorry But I used to love Samsung. Now I will advise all my family and friends to stop buying any Samsung device.
