Refrigerator Freezing problem
Dear Samsung ,
I have bought the refrigerator in LB Nagar TMC Hyderabad of Model No-RT27HAJYASA/TL-2014 on 20-07-2014.But there is a problem in the refrigerator in the top door section i,e magnetic beeding of that section is not exactly fixed are may be due to the manufacturing defect.Due to that the top door cabin is always freezing & also accumulation of ice is forming and below section materials are destroying due to the temperature differences.After all complaints given and requested to change the part,till now there is no response from the Samsung service persons and even i have sent the Advocate notice for main branch of Samsung for the same complaint.So i would like to request the dealer or Samsung to react immediately and replace my refrigerator as early as possible.
Note : Complaints are registered on my undersigned details.
