Plasma TV - Plastic Surgery

I bought plasma not even a year past it's start turning off then on by it self I called customer service at first they said person will come and see the problem well nobody did not came so I call them again and they don't want help me with it! I heard so much good stuff about Samsung but after what they said to customers I don't want deal with them anymore!
