Samsung Galaxy Trend 2

I am a customer from Macedonia, Europe and I have a bought a new Samsung galaxy trend 2 and After taking several shoots with the phone camera the camera started to block and displaying a message WARNING CAMERA FAILED. I have taken it to service three times now and the camera still does the same problem. I have bought the phone in February, 2015 and still haven't used it because it is on service all the time. Now, I am waiting for a new phone. When I will receive the new phone?
