Dear Sir/Mam,

I have purchased an samsung led t.v of 40 inch model no:UA40EH5000 in the month of december 2012 from your authorised dealer named AMARDEEP ENTERPRISE situated at Maninagar, City :Ahmedabad contact no: 09924327286

On 19 June 2014 i have registered a complaint for some colourful vertical lines on my display my ref. no : 8451439458.

On 20 June 2014 technical person named Dharmendra visited my place and told me that this television is out of india and you need to pay 5000rs plus service tax
for visit charges and around 25-30,000 for the panel replacement.

At that moment i came to know that i have been cheated by the samsung authorised dealer as he has provided me the imported set . I was completely

I call the customer care to confirm that whether it is an imported set or the indian made. i was shocked to hear that it was from united arab emirates.
customer care executive guided me to check online and i was surprised to see
that it was really an imported set from dubai.

I dont know how an indian authorised dealer of samsung import the set and sell it to the customer.

While at the time of purchasing he is showing samsung india with manufacturer warranty.and while at the time of delivery he sells imported set.How an authorised dealer do this.

While going to dealer first of all he refuse that it is not an imported set.
He told me that engineers don’t know anything. I will speak to the engineer and solve it.He has Given me the set from the company only.He told me that if company does not have stock.samsung only sells imported stock.
Then he told that Samsung sells only imported set in india.He has given me the t.v from the samsung company only. I asked him to show the purchase bill from
Samsung.He said its at home.

When i told him about the model number he said model number keeps on changing.it does not signifies domestic or import.

After making him see the samsung india website where I punch the model code there was an error and while punching in samsung uae webpage there it shows the number,as it was imported from dubai after that he agrees that he has import the set and has given me the imported set.

I told him u have delivered the t.v 2-3 days after paying u the advanced

And the reason u gave was samung co. takes 2-3 days to deliver the product
You never mentioned it was an import piece,he did not answer.

i told him why he has done this thing to me .I have come to your shop to shop genuine samsung india product as he was authorised dealer and you supplied the import set .

He says i have given u samsung only india or dubai does not matter.
i said i was here to buy samsung india product as you are the authorized dealer while u have supplied import set to me.
I asked him from where do u get those brochures literatures of Samsung.
He told we get this from the authorized distributers of Samsung.named Ramesh Corporation and saffron from Ahmedabad.

I asked does Samsung knows about this ,he said that is not our look out.
In that case Samsung is not interested in its domestic product as they are not
Worried about their sales or reputation.
He said they earn from the import sets,So they are not worried.But you are using their brochures .He said we give Samsung only import or domestic is not our concern we keep 5000-10,000 Rs from the authorized distributor and pass on to the customer.This is how It works.

I asked him am I the only customer that you have dumped the imported set
Instead of domestic .He said that is not your concern. You wanted Samsung

We have given Samsung.

I asked him how did you manage to do the demo. while it was import set.
Dealer told me that it was look by the agent we pay them they provide the demo service. So that customer don't have any doubt about the product.

I am feeling that i have been cheated in the name of samsung.
If i have bought other television may be i would have not been cheated.
You lost one loyal consumer.

Iam feeling very depressed i have speak to your executive on 20 june 2014 he told me to wait for 48 hours but as i called on 23 june 2014 to check the status i was shocked to see my complaint was closed. and told me to mail.

I have paid that authorised dealer 50,000 rs. not for the imported set.
He should have told me earlier . Import sets are not costing more than 30,000rs
for 40 inch which can be easily bought from online.Many websites are doing
This but they mention it as imported and with seller Guaranatee . I don’t mind
About that as they are not publicizing themselves as authorized dealer.

But a dealer of Samsung doing this at the stake of brand like Samsung is such a shameful. I have trust on the brand samsung. As he was dealer of Samsung.I also have refrigerator of samsung.But now i won't be buying any samsung product..As i have been cheated by their authorised dealer.

MY QUESTION TO SAMSUNG IS:

1.How can authorised samsung indian dealer sells the import set.

2. How the demo is possible for import set. Dont you guys check the serial no.
or model no. before the demo. So that i can came to know that time only that it is an import piece.

But this thing was answered by your chat support executive that there can be a paid demo of 5000 rs plus service tax. Which i think is very shameful.

3. Is it my fault that i wanted to buy samsung led t.v and in return i am given
imported set by your dealer. If I have been dumped by some local shop is another thing which is very common but from an dealer of Samsung is such
a shameful.

4.I have gone to indian Samsung authorized dealer to buy Samsung india product
not the import set. If these dealers are not selling the genuine domestic product
then why they are called the dealers. Dealers of what uae Samsung based in india.

5.I have visited the samsung ahmedabad branch office regarding the same.
They told me bluntly its between you and the dealer. I told him to give in writing.
He said he cant he can only communicate verbally.His name was kashyap from
Ahmedabad.

6. I request you to please give in writing that you charged 5000 plus service tax

for the visiting charges of imported sets. And 5000 rs plus service tax for the demo.

7.Please send me the report of the demo who has done my demo and who has
paid for it as it was import set.

8.Please send me the report of my complaint regarding ref no: 8451439458. Why I was told to wait for 48 hours and why it was closed without my concern.

9.Also I would like to know about the parts, are the parts of imported set and indian made sets are different, also in the terms of price.

10. Why Samsung is not taking any action upon such dealers and supports them in doing such activities.So as to earn extra on the demo charges and visiting charges than the domestic ones.

Would appreciate if you answer all my query in detail in writing.

Would like to hear from you SAMSUNG .
