Samsung Note 4 charger exploded - Note 4

I purchased a Samsung note 4 and as I was charging it, I noticed a slight buzzing noise. It quickly became apparent that the charger was not charging the phone completely as the battery only lasted about 6 hours. Last night, the charger exploded and sent the back of the plug flying across the room. The inside of the plug is all black. Very unhappy.
