Non-redressal of mfg defects

My son-abhishek Rastogi bought 1 piece of Samsung Note-5 Model>SM-N9208ZDUINS on 18.10.2016 in Lucknow (UP) India but the same went out of order in 1/2017 itself. I have E-mailed a detailed complaint on 18.02.2017 but to no avail. So the options available with me to write to the concnerned IndianRegulatory Authorities and give wide publicity of your Vompany's bad performance on all the social sites right now. What you say-tell me to-day itself. With good wshes
