Appalling Customer Service

Bought expensive HE Samsung washer and matching dryer. Never again. Turned into a fiasco and it is not resolved after five weeks! Purchased units 7/2/15, Delivered 7/9. Delivery team said it could not install washer because I needed an "extension" to my drain pipe. I asked for details. What extension, do they have one, where can I purchase it??? They had no answers. Left the washed uninstalled. I asked professional plumbers the same questions and collectively I was told I do not need any extension. I simply put the hose into my drain pipe and all was good. Later I needed a service call and called Samsung. The rude lady said, "no way" because by placing the hose into the pipe by myself I violated the warranty. Best Buy offered to help only if I purchase its Geek Squad maintenance service plan. Geeks came and said it is a Samsung issue but Samsung will not help. Geek Squad said to help me it would cost me $160 plus the cost of the maintenance plan simply to adjust the legs on the unit. How can the legs be too high if they are allowed to be that high to begin with. Units are going back. I lost faith in both Samsung and Best Buy for even dealing with Samsung!!! Best Buy clerk even told me how bad Samsung is! TY!
