I bought my phone on May 10th, tried charging it when I reached home but couldn''t because its wall charger was not working so I had to head to the branch the next day for solving the problem and they replaced the whole phone, after that when I tried using its headset in phone calls, I was told by the people I called that they can''t hear me clearly because of a distortion so I went again to the same branch for the 3rd time on May 17th for solving this and they told me that the phone will be replaced for the 2nd time and that they need the package and all the accessories so I went again the next day for the fourth time to replace again but this time they told me that they will have to take the phone into their maintenance department to be checked for 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and that I have to stay all that long without a phone because of a headset!!!!!how can this be logic or reasonable???????how come I pay 16K in a phone and then keep going back and forth for its accessories problems????one time for a charger, the second for a headset?!why can''t you just replace the headset why should I replace the phone for the second time and repeat all of the installation methods all over again?why should I wait for 2 whole weeks while the phone sat with me for almost only one week noting that I went to the branch several time for solving its problems???????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This is unacceptable I can''t do this, I must have my phone working perfectly fine along with each of its accessories without waiting for your stupid slow procedures and if you didn''t resolve this IMMEDIATELY I will be telling everyone about this and spread the word as much as I can, I will document this in a police station, I''m not gonna pay for any of of the phone monthly installments, I will not buy any of your products ever again and will make everyone I know do this, you''re risking your reputation here because of a headset!!!!!!! I will go the consumer protection center as well and file this and your reputation will fall so badly, I''m not gonna sit and watch you do this to me without making you pay very very badly for that and you will see!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
