Dear Samsung ,
I ordered your samsung stove # NX58H9500WS. ON December 9,2014 through

On that date I paid 1700 in full for your stove.
Needless to say I am still without the stove. I am disgusted. My holidays were ruined because we could have no guests over. I have four children with no oven for close to three months! What is going on there??????????????????????????????? Plessers keeps telling me its SAMSUNG , theres a problem with you. SO i SAY TO YOU WHAT IS THE PROBLEM????????????????????? WHERE IS MY OVEN?????????????????HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY TREAT A CUSTOMER SO????????????????????/I FEEL LIKE BANNING THE SAMSUNG NAME FROM MY HOUSEHOLD INCLUDING OUR 6 CELL PHONES AND NEVER LOOKING BACK. I BEG YOU FOR YOUR HELP IN RESOLVING THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY!
