Hi, I would like to complain to a higher instance in Samsung company of their branch certified services in Serbia - because I don't know whom to address anymore. What happened was, I bought a Samsung Galaxy S3 phone via local mobile provider, Telenor, and the phone was bugging and working terribly from the first day - people couldn't hear me or would hear me as a robot, touch screen wouldn't response and many more. The majority of my problem is with Telenor, because they didn't give me a new one after the first complaint BUT...

in the end, I gave the phone for 'servicing' after the famous gorilla glass 2 cracked when it slided from a couch 20cm high to the wooden floor (and Telenor threw the decision about replacement to the certified service even before the "mechanical damage")!

I have witnesses and evidence for all of it, and it is obvious that this specific phone wasn't satisfying the standards of the specifications you provided. What your certified service did was to 'excuse themselves' from doing it in warranty with "mechanical damage" and they 'washed their hands', unless, of course, I was ready to pay 200 euros for the repair (which would add to the already overpaid price).

I ask you now, how can they do that when there are evidented cases that Samsung Galaxy S3 has been thrown from greater height to tiles and concrete and survived without scratch, not to mention that the famed GG2 You supposedly installed in that phones is made to resist falls from pocket SPECIFICALLY??

Especially after there is some talk here that an entire series of malfunctioning phones has arrived at the time I bought it!

For all the inconveniece I could sue You for false advertising, but that is not my intent, I just want a phone that is worth the money paid - I really came to love its interface and load of features it offers (when it worked as it should):S

I am sking that You influence this as a higher instance, because I'm nearly desperate and completely pissed off by the treatment - my only possible next step here would be a lawsuit, but as I've already said, I really don't want to do that. Company that big shouldn't allow a stain in their name like this :S
