Samsung 32" LCD Panel issue

Hi,

I bought a Samsung 32" LCD television on 16th March 2011. It is almost 3 years from the date of purchase. Since then I haven't received any issue. But, from last few days I can see there is an issue with the display. The picture quality and color came down. Then I registered a complaint with support team. They sent a support engineer, after checking, support engineer mentioned that there is an issue with the display panel and it needs to be replaced and that would cost about 15,000/- rupees. Since Samsung has only 1 year warranty I cannot do anything about it. I bought this product for 25,688/- rupees and now they are asking me to spend again 15,000/- rupees. I just wonder why a company would produce products which cannot last at least for few years and on top of that they are asking me to spend such a huge amount. Can someone help me on this.., I am really not happy about Samsung now. I had a good impression on Samsung till now. All my home appliance are Samsung, But from now if I have to buy a new product or if someone else what to buy...., I will strongly recommend not to buy from Samsung for sure!!!
