samsung lemon dryer - Samsung dryer with steam feature

I bought a Samsung dryer and washer in June, 2016. By September of 2016, the belt broke. It is November 1 and once again the same issue is happening. I called Samsung, they will call Quick fix and I will wait 5 to 7 days for a repairman. And have no dryer in the meantime. This dryer is 3 to 4 months old, is there a lemon law in MA that will save me from this recurring, obviously unacceptable situation
