I purchased a Samsung 415 Stratosphere 2 on Feb. 5, 2014. Needless to say I won't be purchasing another Samsung product as it is certainly less than average product and I could consider it junk.I've been dealing with the Verizon store at 4223 Sebring PK, Sebring, FL. The gentleman I spoke with says there is nothing he can do and it's a Samsung problem. I contact Samsung and they say it's Verizon's problem. I don't care whose problem it is. It's certainly not mine. I've had the phone for 6 weeks and the screen is blank. Can't make or receive calls.I've had a cell phone for years and have never had a problem. It's covered under warranty but I have to pay $13.90 for overnight shipping.

I agree. I bought mine in Sept 2013 and STILL cannot make calls in or out. Verizon told me to send it back and repair it at my expense. IT"S THE PHONE that is obviously defective and every time I call Samsung they says it's "not their policy" to help!
