Looks great, but if you ever have a service problem you are in trouble!!! While the people on the phone are both courteous and professional, they have no power to make any decisions. My 2 year old Samsung has gone out 6 times. I begged them to declare it a lemon and just replace. Missed many hours of work for service calls, plus was on the phone for over 9 hours (in one week) with customer service. While it may look pretty it is not worth the time it takes to TRY to get it corrected. One month with no fridge and still no resolution. I offered a bottom line amount I was willing to take and they refused. So much for "trying to compromise"

My name is Peter and I live in Darwin and I Purchased a Samsung French Door Refrigerator on August 8, 2012 and now I am having difficulty in getting Samsung to co-operate with a suitable service time, as so far 2 dates have been set and then Samsung Melbourne Office has sought to change the arranged time.

Really disappointed in Samsung as I have purchased several Samsung products such as 2 TV, 1 phone, 1 solid state drive and I now will be very reluctant to purchase Samsung again as their warranty commitment is of no value when they are not willing to service their product at a time that is reasonable and suitable to the purchaser.

It seems that it is just too difficult to co-operate with the purchaser with regards to service.
