newly bought not working samsung refrigerator

i bought a new refrigerator 15/1/2014 from Samsung model RT73-6DTBSP and from day one it is not fully working the freezer was alright but the fridge was not. so we called the customer service and they sent some people for maintenance and that guy said that cooling distributor is not fully functional and he will pass his report to his seniors and from that day till now also the freezer went down and a week passed and whenever we call the customer service we don't get except a lot of "sorry" but up till now no decision taken about our case .
