Samsung selling New Defective Galaxy S5 Phones - Galaxy S5

Thus far have purchased 6 new Samsung Galaxy phones, which were all defective upon opening the box. One was a Galaxy S4, the other 5 have been Galaxy S5's. Have followed all of the Tech Support suggestions - went to Samsung Experience to have the software rebooted (re-flashed) & reset to factory settings. Samsung Experience verified a defective headset jack on one of the phones, 3 others had the same problem. Since these phones are $800 & brand new I think it is unfair to expect me to send them in for repair. Tried numerous times to contact an Executive Manager - called, wrote emails to them, but they refuse to respond as promised. Instead they have a Tech Support person respond telling you to do the same thing that you've already explained you have done. They don't seem to care that they are selling defective phones!

Help, I bought, less than a year ago a ZTE N9120, which I'm told by METRO PCS is the AVID 4G. OK, it stopped working less than 6 months after using it. I was told by METRO PCS that since it was still under factory warranty, it was best to get a new ZTE N9120, so I did, had to pay an additional $16.00 dollars, which seems unfair to me, since I already bought the phone before, but, I paid it, anyway, but not happily---this is nickel and diming the customer, I think. The new phone is NOT working right either. I will now buy another phone all together. I think METRO PCS has terrible, very cheaply, inferior phones. I have been a METRO PCS customer for years, and always, always have to replace phones, I have never kept a phone longer than a year, they always have some defect. AM I the only one to see and feel this way?
