I have always been a die hard fan of Samsung having owned several phones and two tablets until today. I am angry, disappointed and will never own another Samsung both because of the issue with my table and with customer service. I have left many companies because of poor customer service and this one is very uncaring and unprofessional. The charging port on the tablet bought in May 2015 quit working and I called Samsung who email me a UPS label to send it postage free. I explain on the phone what the issue was and that it had worked that morning but not that night. I was not informed this would not fall under warranty even though it is still under warranty and when the rep called me to inform me I would have to pay for repairs I ask why when it was still under warranty and was told out right by her that I was the one that damaged it. I have had 4 tablets that I have kept upgrading too including two Samsung's and have never had issue with them not working. She ask me to send the extended warranty information which I did and she told me I would have to go through the company I had ordered it from online. I think this is an unprofessional way of handling customers and poor service when you tell me you can't fix an issue you say would cost me 88.00 well all I have to say is I was not sure I wanted to pay the price to go with Apple but guess what Samsung at least I can trust them.
