Samsung French Door Refrigerator with freezer that doesn't - Samsung French Door Refrigerator

I had never purchased a Samsung product before and since I am not insane, will not again nor will any friend.

The freezer did not work from day one, so I called my home repair contractor. The freezer did not have a gasket to seal it and as a consequence, although I only had it a week, the refrigerator fan was destroyed. Since it was new, I called Samsung for support and received a giant run around so I paid out of pocket to have the gasket installed and the fan replaced. The freezer worked for two weeks and today I discovered once again it was not freezing and again the food stored there has to be thrown out. The ice maker, by the way, has never worked. So, once again I will pay out of pocket since it is still cheaper than buying another refrigerator from a reliable company. I admit I purchased this one from a discount company, but after the loss of food and out of pocket repairs, I should have purchased a different refrigerator at full price. It would have been cheaper.
