I purchased a Samsung A7 phone on 5thJuly, 2015 from Samsung Showroom, Rajouri Garden. After a week, the problem started on the mobile. When I am selecting LTE network mode and Automatically preferred network, I cannot do Incoming and Outgoing both, It is showing Out of service area but If I select WCDMA network mode and Automatically preferred network then I can do Incoming and outgoing both. When I called to Samsung customer care, Executive informed If you will select LTE mode and Airtel registered network instead of automatically preferred network, then you will do incoming or outgoing but when I asked, %u201CWhy I cannot select automatically preferred network%u201D when I purchased, It was working fine and after a week, Problem occurred. Your executive told me, sir %u201CSome problem occurred in the software on the mobile. Some application disturbed. Just check the mobile to the Samsung service center, they uninstall and re-install the software%u201D. But Why, This is a new phone I purchased on 5th July, 2015. It is not a 1 month product. If I think, it is a one month product, then I can think but this is a new phone. If after a week, problem is coming. Don%u2019t know after a month, what will be happened. If you think, I had not gone to Airtel showroom to check. Before calling and writing to you, I went to Airtel showroom and they checked the connection and replaced my SIM also but the same problem still remained in the mobile. They told me, %u201Cyour number is perfectly working fine and network is also fine. Please go to the Samsung service center to check the mobile%u201D.
One more thing in my mobile, Signals are not showing properly, if I am selecting a LTE network mode but if I select WCDMA mode, signals are properly showing. I purchased this phone because of4G.
This is not a correct. Specially, I purchased this phone from Samsung showroom not from any other shop and your sales person told me, %u201CSir, you stand in the Samsung showroom, we are selling 100% original phone%u201D, but after a week problem started.
I need a replacement of the phone. I need original phone. I will not go to Samsung service center to uninstall the software because this is a new phone not an old phone. I spent the money.
Samsung is a big organization and they are selling faulty product to the customer. This is not a correct.
I need a replacement immediately.
