Poor Customer Service - Samsung microwave


I called your customer service number for service on a Samsung Microwave. Your rep, who admitted he was not technical, sent incorrect information to your service provider Home Service Network (HSN). HSN's rep (Oksana) called me and was insistent multiple times that your rep was right about my model and problem ("because it was in the report" - case #4143421742), rather than listening to the customer and owner (me) of the microwave. I had to text her pictures of the unit before she would believe me. She was non-technical but insisted that she knew the answers (you know the type). I made an appointment to speak with a tech, which Oksana did not deliver on. All in all, a very poor experience for your brand and for the service company you chose to represent you. I will go elsewhere than Samsung in the future.
