Hi Sir,

This is to inform you that I bought mobile of Samsung Galaxy Star pro (G7262) on 02/11/2013 of amount Rs. 6600. Now I am facing lots of issues in my mobile like heating problem, internet not working, hang problem. And one more thing its is a dual sim phone. Till now I am using only 1 sim in my phone but few days back I tried the another sim. When I insert the sim in my another jack of mobile it was not working. I went to Samsung service center at Rajnagar (RDC), Ghaziabad; they are not ready to help me at all. They said it’s a damage issue and it will not consider in warranty. Apart from jack issue they said there is some oil kind of thing in the mobile. But it was not like that.

When they took my mobile I was waiting outside till my turn. After half an hour they called me and show some oil kind of thing. But that was actually his own sweat (Pasina). On the basis of that they prepare a charge sheet with some photographs and send to the concerned department.

Now for the repair of the mobile they are asking for Rs. 5500. Please tell how valid it is that with in 10 months for a cost of Rs. 6600 mobile a person has to pay Rs. 5500 again. It is totally fraud and also spoiling the image of brand name Samsung. Now they are saying do whatever you want to do and we are not responsible for it and suggest me to go CONSUMER COURT.

See, Samsung capture the market just like anything, but if you will provide this kind of services then who will buy your product.

I am the only spoon feeder for my family and I can not spend much amount on my assets. I have lots of responsibility towards my family so please stop harassment towards me.

I request you to replace mobile or refund my money. I am highly obliged and accept the resolution ASAP.
