CELLPHONE SCREEN INK SMUDGE - SAMSUNG A 3 2017 CELLPHONE


Hi

i have purchased a Samsung A3 on one of my accounts and within the first month the screen inked out. It has gone 3 weeks and the store says that MTN is still awaiting fro Samsung to supply parts, I CANNOT BELIEVE THE PATHETIC SERVICE AS I DO NOT HAVE A HANDSET AND THEY DONT EVEN CARE OF OFFERING A LOAN PHONE ETC.I EVEN EMAILED AND THEY STICK TO THEIR GUNS REGARDING THE FINE PRINT AND RETURN POLICY. ITS NOT LIKE IO STUFFED UP THE PHONE AND DAMAGED IT, ITS A FACTORY FAULT AS THEY DID STATE THIS TO THE CELLPHONE CONSULTANT AT THE STORE. THE CONSULTANT AS WELL SAYS THEY CANNOT GIVE HIM ANY POSITIVE FEEDBACK AND HE IS TRYING HIS BEST.
HOW DOES SAMSUNG OPERATE REGARDING SERVICE DELIVERY???????
