  • Missing Feature in S9

    I have been using Samsung note 3 for a number of years. It had a feature under the settings to use voice commands to answer/reject calls, play/pause music, etc. This feature is missing in S9. I am told that Bixby can be used for this purpose. However, that requires an extra step to wake up Bixby every time. I am a busy practitioner. This feature was very helpful to manage calls hands-free. I would highly appreciate if you would consider bringing this feature back in your next software update.   • Canadians are 2nd class customers to Samsung

    I purchased a 75HU8550 in August 2015 in Canada. the included remote did not work. Samsung claimed I didn't know how to use it and ended the conversation there. Best Buy to their credit replaced the remote for me, which in turn failed in less than 5 weeks. this time I was on my own, and forced to pay over $85 for a replacement. within 3 months the set exhibited DSE, where the center 2/3 of the screen is discolored on light content making white content appear deep amber.     My fathers S3 Galaxy phone exploded a couple of days ago. The phone was just sitting on the table and as a eyewitness to the situation and with no other attachments to the phone it sparked and the battery flew off which then combusted into flames on to my floor.     Hi, the Samsung weather widget keeps force closing escritoire it displays weather that is below freezing.     I purchased this product through Home Depot 10 months ago. They advertise that this stainless steel product is coated with a protective film to resist rust etc. My fridge is developing 2 areas of rust on the freezer door (stainless steel part).
