    I bought a samsung dishwasher dmt400series on Nov 11, 2012. It was installed Jan 1, 2013. On Jan 5 2015 it broke down, main control went out that was under warranty(just the part) had to pay for service call plus a case sensor and a case brake $284.16.     Hi i have purchased a Samsung A3 on one of my accounts and within the first month the screen inked out. It has gone 3 weeks and the store says that MTN is still awaiting fro Samsung to supply parts, I CANNOT BELIEVE THE PATHETIC SERVICE AS I DO NOT HAVE A HANDSET AND THEY DONT EVEN CARE OF OFFERING A LOAN PHONE ETC.I EVEN EMAILED AND THEY STICK TO THEIR GUNS REGARDING THE FINE PRINT AND RETURN POLICY.     1. The double oven idea doesn't work because the "upper" oven is convection only, a fact that isn't stated in any literature. 2. The sensor that indicates the oven is up to temperature is incorrect, the temp in the oven after the sensor indicates that the oven is up to temperature leaves the oven cavity anywhere from 15 - 50 degrees cooler than the temperature is supposed to be which means it takes another 10 - 15 minutes of heating before the oven really reaches the temperature that it is set at - Samsung support states this is "normal", no problem. 3....     Am not happy with this phone as it randomly shuts off and restarts itself..during phone calls, texting..it does not need a reason..tried the Safe Mode as suggested by Samsung Support..that Didn't work. .reset ohone to factory default..that did Not work..I can't spend $ and send the phone anywhere because it is the only phone I have..so, for a phone costing hundreds of $, the android software sucks! !!     I have an EE account with an Samsung S5 that i received in June 2014 in the last week the Multipurpose jack has fallen off the Handset.     I am not happy with a Samsung fridge freezer I purchased. in the first 24 months I have had an engineer out 4 times, replacing thermal fuse twice and compressor another time - all under warrantee. however the engineer confirmed to me this is highly unusual for the age and model and thought there might be something wrong. the warrantee is about to run out so I have written to them voicing my concerns and despite being told I would get a reply within 24 hours I hae still heard nothing from them 4 days later.     I had a galaxy s1 and s2 for 4 years and had no problems at all so I persuaded my girlfriend for me and her to upgrade to the S4 mini next contract renewal (even though she loved i-phones).     I purchased a Samsung S4 from X-CITE Alghanim Electronics in May 2013. Suddenly it stopped working. When contacted X-CITE they told me to hand over the mobile to claim warranty to Concept Company based in City. I did so on 26.01.13. They told that it is the problem with the motherboard.     Good morning, I bought galaxy s4 since last August and it is from UAE axiom outlet, and there is a problem happened to my phone last month flickering in my screen comes and goes, and it is under warranty of axiom.     I am a new user to Android migrated from ios 7. I am now using Galaxy Note from previously iPhone 4S.     I bought a 50" Samsung Plasma TV a year and a half ago. TV was working great, until a very annoying vertical Blue Line appeared down the center of the TV! It is very hard to concentrate on the TV while I watch. How can this go away? I also purchased a new Samsung PL210 off eBay last month.     My Samsung Le40b530 LCD is displaying all dark/shaded areas of the screen with a green tint. It is just over 18 months old and had 1 year warranty.     I have always had great experiences with Samsung products in the past. However I recently ordered a Samsung LE32R74BDX LCD TV and I am incredibly disappointed.
