The issue was first raised on 4 June 2014, and there has been a continual 'game playing' by Samsung, rather than correctly address the problem. I am willing to provide copies of my correspondence, supporting in greater detail, the full aspects of Samsung's behaviour. I am acting for my wife, as she is fully involved in a work contract, and can't take the time to follow this issue through.
It is so frustrating, to endeavour to take the matter up with Samsung, only to be re-directed to someone with no interest or authority to act on our behalf - when attempting to discuss local travel issues with the last person I spoke to, she advised me she was in Manila, Philippines! How does the small individual ever gain the attention of this massive company's responsible staff, in order to have a warranty issue dealt with?
