Tablet has been back to samsung twice now for a repair. I was sent back for a third time because of an incorrect repair on the second occasion when there was a non-genuine version of android installed on the device by the repair center rendering the device useless. The tab was sent back with a note saying it's a non European model and we can't help. It also managed to develop a crock around the charging port where someone has tried to pry the back cover off.

It needs to go back to the repair center to be put right but the repair center are unable to act without the nod from Samsung.

I have been passed from pillar to post with Samsung support and have even tried to talk to a supervisor but with no avail. Its disgusting customer service and pure negligence.
