any feature is not working properly - Samsung Galaxy Core GT-I 8262

so so so many problems were occurring and then i had contact 5-6 times to costumer care and they were not replying properly. I have also registered a complaint in GRAHANK SURAXA MANDAL. No reply!!! I'm going to upload the proofs in the forms of videos and imades.
