Samsung Broken Band on Gear Neo 2 - Samsung Gear Neo 2
I have not had my Gear Neo 2 a full year and it is already malfunctioning. I wore this device a handful of times and the band decided it wouldn't close anymore. My watch is still in emaculate shape being that I haven't been able to wear it since the latch on my band decided to no longer stay closed. This is poor design and I am sure that I am not the only person having problems with this poor design. I bet if I had purchased a Apple watch which just came out I wouldn't have these problems. I called customer support to try and get my band replaced and Samsung told me I would have to pay $70 to replace it even tho my device is still under warranty until april of next year. I am not happy because I have a samsung watch, samsung tablet, samsung S5 and a 65 inch Samsung Tv. They are showing no loyalty to me.
