2 x samsung galaxy s4 mini issues - Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini

I had a galaxy s1 and s2 for 4 years and had no problems at all so I persuaded my girlfriend for me and her to upgrade to the S4 mini next contract renewal (even though she loved i-phones). We have had no end of problems with both our phones since: Sat nav doesnt work, unable to make/receive calls, touch screen doesnt work at times, phone re boots itself randomly, settings change. I want to continue using samsung products however we both feel we have been let down with these phones. We are not the type to normally complain.
